What do I do if I receive a TiVo Error Message starting with N?

Error Code Issue Steps to troubleshoot issue
N02 There is an issue with the modem’s connection.
  1. Check to see if other devices in the home can connect to the Internet.
  2. If nothing can connect, please troubleshoot your Internet service.

If only the TiVo device is affected, Reset your modem.
