How do I change my IP Relay preferences?

You can change your IP Relay preferences in the web interface or mobile app, but most settings will only apply in the program where you change them.

IP Relay Web Interface

1. Select the Preferences tab.
   
   
   
2. Select your preferred font, language, and Caller ID settings.
3. Select Save.

Note: Your Preferred Carry Over (IP Relay to Voice, HCO, or VCO) can be selected from your Profile.

IP Relay Mobile App

1. Select the Profile tab.
   
   
   
2. Select the Settings tab.
   
   
   
3. Select your preferred font settings.
   
   
   
4. Select Save.

Note: Caller ID settings (blocking your name and/or number) can be selected from the My Profile tab.
