How do I update my IP Relay profile information?

Important: Updating your profile information is your responsibility. Please keep all address information up to date in case of emergency.

  1. Select the Profile tab on the IP Relay mobile app or click on the Profile button at the top left of the web platform page.

  2. Make your changes in the appropriate fields on the Profile page.
  3. Select Update (app) or Save (web platform).

Your profile has now been updated.
