When someone makes a call, their 10-digit registered landline number will be displayed in the mobile app, or in a banner at the top of the web platform.
If you're not logged onto the IP Relay web page or you choose to ignore an incoming voice call, the voice caller will have the option to leave a text message, which will be displayed in the Messages tab.
If you're using the Cogeco IP Relay app, you'll always receive a push notification for an incoming call, even if you don't currently have the app open. If you miss the notification or choose to ignore the call, the voice caller will have the option to leave a text message, which will be displayed in the History tab.
