How do I check for new messages?

With Webmail, you’re no longer restricted to checking your Cogeco email messages from home; you can now access your email account on any computer connected to the Internet anywhere in the world.

New messages will appear automatically, or you can refresh the page in your browser.

Good to know: Webmail can’t be accessed from outside of North America, but if you need to check your email while you’re travelling you can still connect by using a VPN with a North American location. Learn more about using VPN on Cogeco Security.
