When and how do I report a payment?

You only need to report a payment to our credit department if your account is overdue. You can reach our credit department by calling 1-866-232-9017 or via chat at cogeco.ca. Select the chat widget at the bottom of the page, then ask to make payment arrangements to be transferred to a Collections agent.

  • Ontario phone and chat hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
    • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Sunday and holidays: closed
  • Quebec phone hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Weekends and holidays: closed
  • Quebec chat hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • Weekends and holidays: closed

If your account is not overdue, there's no need for you to report a payment.
