When and how do I report a payment?

You only need to report a payment to our credit department if your account is overdue. You can reach our credit department by calling 1-866-232-9017 or via chat at cogeco.ca. You can reach them via chat or over the phone. See below for steps.

Reporting a payment by chat

To chat with an agent, just select the chat icon at the bottom of most pages on cogeco.ca. This will start a chat with Sam, Cogeco’s Virtual Assistant. Just ask Sam for a live agent and then ask for Collections.

  • Ontario Collections hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Sunday and holidays: closed
  • Quebec Collections hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • Weekends and holidays: closed

You can also chat with us from the Support tab in the My Account app.

Reporting a payment by phone

To report a payment by phone, please contact the Credit & Collections department at 1-866-232-9017 (Ontario) or 1 866-553-1244 (Quebec).

  • Ontario hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
    • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
    • Sunday and holidays: closed
  • Quebec hours:
    • Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
    • Weekends and holidays: closed
