If your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR isn’t connected via Ethernet, you’ll be prompted to connect to your Wi-Fi network during the initial setup.
If you only see the Apps menu on your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR, it may have lost its Wi-Fi connection. You’ll also see the Wi-Fi alert icon at the top of the screen and may get a notification saying “Wi-Fi is not connected”. This could be caused by a temporary modem issue, unplugging the Ethernet cable or changing your Wi-Fi credentials.
You can manage the Wi-Fi setup in the EPICO settings.
- Select the settings icon ⚙ above the main menu.
- Select Android TV Settings.
- Select Network & Internet.
- Select your Wi-Fi network under the list of Available networks.
- If you don’t see the list of networks, make sure Wi-Fi is enabled (select Wi-Fi to toggle it on).
- Enter the password for the network.
- If the PVR was connected to this network previously, it may remember the password and reconnect immediately.
