To see the status of your referrals, visit the Refer a Friend dashboard and log in with your My Account username and password.
There, you’ll find info on any pending and successful referrals, including your friends’ names and the dates they registered with the program.
Good to know:
- You’ll be able to access the Refer a Friend dashboard 24 hours after your own Cogeco services are activated.
- If your friend doesn’t qualify, the referral will be removed from the list.
- If your friend qualifies but you don’t, we’ll send you an email letting you know you didn't qualify for the reward, but don't worry, your friend will still get it.
