With our Refer a Friend program, you and your friend will each get a $50 bill credit when you tell them about Cogeco and they qualify and sign up with us.

All you need to do is share your unique referral link with your friend and they can use it to sign up with Cogeco. Once they’ve been with us for 2 months and you both meet the terms and conditions, you’ll each get a $50 bill credit. Here’s how:

Step 1: You share your referral link

  1. Visit the Refer a Friend dashboard to get your unique referral link.
  2. Select the Share, Email or app options to share the link and send an automated message, or copy the link and send it to friends and family however you like.

Step 2: Your friend signs up

Your friend now has 45 days to use your link to register with the Refer a Friend program (which they do by clicking your unique link and filling in a short form), and then sign up for Cogeco services.

Important: When your friend signs up for Cogeco, they must use the same email address they used to register for Refer a Friend so we can match it to your referral.

Step 3: You each get a bill credit

Once your friend has been with Cogeco for 2 months and you both meet the terms and conditions, we’ll automatically apply a $50 credit to your bill, and one to your friend’s.

We’ll send you an email when they register and another once once they’ve activated their services with Cogeco, and you’ll be able to track the progress of your pending referral on the Refer a Friend dashboard.

Good to know:

  • You can earn up to $250 in bill credits per calendar year (5 referrals).
  • You and your friend each need to keep at least 1 active service for 2 months (TV, Internet or Home Phone).
  • The Refer a Friend credit will still be applied even if you have other discounts on your services.
