How do I know if I’ve gone over my monthly Internet usage limit?

Most Cogeco Internet packages no longer have monthly usage limits, but if you have a grandfathered DERY/Axion package, you may still have a usage limit.

We’ll send you automatic emails when you reach 75%, 90% and 100% of your monthly Internet usage, and you can also view your usage at any time in the Services section on My Account in a browser or on the app. Learn more about viewing Internet usage and changing your notification settings on My Account.

Good to know: Download and upload limits are in place to make sure excessive usage doesn’t slow down the network for other users.
