How do I navigate the EPICO menu?

See below for steps to access the main EPICO menu on different device types, and what you’ll find in each sub-menu.

Navigating the menu on your EPICO 4K Cloud PVR

Press the Home button on your EPICO remote to open the main menu.

  • The first option is named for your selected profile and includes personalized content, such as Recordings, In progress and My list.
  • Channels includes channels that are trending, content from on-demand channels, recently aired programs and Freeviews.
  • Shows is where you can watch new, popular and featured series and shows.
  • Movies contains new, popular and featured movies.
  • Apps allows you to download and access your favourite apps available on Google Play. Learn more about adding apps.
  • Zones groups live and on-demand content by theme, such as Kids, Sports and Music. Learn more about zones.

Navigating the menu on a mobile device

In the EPICO app on a mobile device, the menu is always available at the bottom of the screen when you’re not watching a program, so you have quick access to your Guide, Recordings and the Search feature. The Home screen has another menu at the top for Channels, Shows and Movies.

Navigating the menu on a streaming device

To access the main menu in the EPICO app on a streaming device, press the Back button on your device’s remote.

  • In some sections, pressing Back may take you to another part of the screen, such as the Filters section in the Guide. Press Back again to open the main menu.
  • If you are in a submenu, you may need to press Back a few times to get all the way back to the main menu.

From there, you can access everything EPICO has to offer:

  • Profile lets you create or modify profiles so everyone in your home can have their own Favourites and watch list. Learn more about profiles.
  • Search to find any type of content available on EPICO.
  • Home regroups everything related to your activity and interests. Learn more about the Home menu.
  • Recordings is where you can find and manage the shows and movies that you’ve recorded to watch later. Learn more about the DVR Manager.

  • Shows is where you can watch new, popular and featured series and shows.
  • Movies contains new, popular and featured movies.

  • Messages is used to share new information with you about EPICO.
