You can view your recent Video on Demand and Pay-Per-View usage on My Account on the app or in a browser. Here’s how:
Viewing usage on the app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select the Services tab.
- Select your TV package.
Your recent orders will be listed under Rentals and purchases.
Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.
Viewing usage in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Services from the left menu.
- Select the TV tab.
- Select View my On Demand usage under Quick Links (bottom right).
- Select your Billing period.
