Where can I view my VOD/PPV usage?

You can view your recent Video on Demand and Pay-Per-View usage on My Account on the app or in a browser. Here’s how:

Viewing usage on the app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).

  2. Select the Services tab.
  3. Select your TV package.

Your recent orders will be listed under Rentals and purchases.

Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.

Viewing usage in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Services from the left menu.
  3. Select the TV tab.
  4. Select View my On Demand usage under Quick Links (bottom right).
  5. Select your Billing period.
