The On Demand section is separated into dozens of folders based on channels and packages, and some of these folders are only available by subscribing to the associated channels (for example, a subscription to Crave is required to watch Crave on Demand).

If you get a message such as “subscription required” when trying to access a title, check to see which folder it’s in, and ensure that you subscribe to the associated channel. You can confirm your channel subscriptions on My Account on the app or in a browser. Here’s how:

Confirming your channel subscriptions on the app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in. (You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below.)
  2. Select the Services tab.
  3. Select your TV package.
  4. Select the arrow next to your monthly price.

Confirming and/or modifying your channel subscriptions in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Services from the side menu.
  3. Select the TV tab.
  4. Select Modify my channels.

From here, you can also modify the channels in your current package, or select Add-on Channels for more options (for Residential customers only). Learn more about making changes to your channel selections.

If you do subscribe to the channel you’re trying to access, but are still seeing the “subscription required” message, please contact our technical support team.
