What happens if my phone cannot be repaired?

While the goal is always to repair your original phone, if our third-party administrator’s technicians determine that your phone is beyond repair, they will make sure you stay connected by providing a replacement phone.

The replacement will be a refurbished unit of comparable features and quality to your original phone. Please note that the color of the replacement phone may vary based on availability.
