Once your repair request is initiated, our third-party administrator will advise you of your repair options based on the required service. Please see the section below to contact the third-party administrator directly to coordinate your repair service.
- Walk-in repair: If an authorized repair center is nearby, the third-party administrator may offer this.
- Mail-in repair: If a walk-in location isn't available or convenient, you will be sent a prepaid shipping kit to mail your phone to us. Once repaired, it will be shipped back to you.
Important note: All repairs are coordinated by our third-party administrator. Cogeco stores cannot perform repairs on-site.
