When you’re placing your order, we’ll ask you if you want to choose a new phone number or keep your existing one.
If you choose to keep your number, we’ll ask for the name of your current provider and your phone’s unique IMEI to confirm that your number can be moved over to Cogeco Mobile.
Important: Do not cancel or disconnect your current number with your current provider. When your number is transferred to Cogeco, service with your old provider will be cancelled automatically.
Good to know: Your account with your current provider must be active and in good standing before we can transfer your number.
