Transferring your existing number to Cogeco Mobile is a simple 3 step process:
- Check online if your phone number is eligible to be transferred (ported in) to Cogeco Mobile by selecting your plan first and then checking if your phone is compatible by doing IMEI check.
- Complete your purchase online, in-store or over the phone with a new phone number.
- Once you get your SIM card, call us to complete the number transfer (port in) request. Your service with your current provider will be cancelled automatically once it has been transferred to Cogeco Mobile.
Good to know: Don't remove your SIM card from your device. The phone number you're transferring to Cogeco must be active to complete your transfer.
