If your phone and/or SIM card are stolen, let us know right away. Contact Cogeco Mobile support to block your SIM and temporarily suspend your service. This prevents unauthorized use and potential charges.
After suspending your service, consider filing a police report. You can then request a replacement SIM by contacting us. Finally, replace your phone if necessary.
Tip: Before buying a new phone, check if it was covered under a device protection plan or insurance.
