If you’re having an issue with Cogeco Mobile, we’re here to help you resolve it as quickly as possible.
Note: Before filing a complaint with the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-Television Services (CCTS), please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly.
The first thing to do is contact Cogeco Mobile support. Clearly explain the issue and allow our team the chance to investigate and follow up.
If unresolved, request escalation. You can request that your issue be escalated internally if your issue isn’t resolved after our initial conversation. A Cogeco supervisor or specialist will review your case and do their best to provide a resolution.
If the issue still isn’t resolved to your satisfaction after escalation, you can file a complaint with the CCTS. The CCTS is an independent agency that helps resolve service, billing and contract disputes. Learn more or file a complaint at www.ccts-cprst.ca. Or, call 1-888-221-1687.
