What do I need to know about the Cogeco Mobile Voicemail feature?

Our voicemail feature is simple to use and gives you plenty of storage. Here’s what you need to know:

  • New messages: You’ll see a voicemail icon next to the calling app icon on your phone when you have a new message (we don’t send SMS or push alerts).
  • Storage: You can store up to 50 messages, each up to 2.5 minutes long.
  • Saved messages: Your messages stay saved unless you delete them or if your mailbox is full.
  • Your PIN: You’ll set your voicemail PIN the first time you connect to the service. If you ever forget it, just contact our support team and we’ll reset it for you.
  • Language options: Want your voicemail prompts in English or French? Just reach out and we’ll switch it for you.
  • Service changes: If you suspend or cancel your Cogeco Mobile service, your voicemail will be deactivated and any saved messages will be lost.
