Do I need new equipment when my services are integrated into Cogeco’s system?

Even if your services have been integrated into Cogeco’s system, you can continue to use your DERY/Axion equipment for now. You’ll need to change to Cogeco equipment if:

  • Your equipment needs to be swapped because of a service issue
  • You choose to upgrade or downgrade your services
  • You move to an area that has already been integrated

Once you change your services to Cogeco, we’ll provide new equipment for your TV, Internet and Phone services.

Good to know: You can’t have a mix of Cogeco and DERY equipment. For example, if your Internet modem needs to be swapped, we’ll also need to switch over your TV services.
