How do I monitor my sites with the Managed Wi-Fi portal?

The Sites and Devices tabs in the Managed Wi-Fi portal provide more information on the status of your sites.


The Sites tab lists all of your Wi-Fi networks by location. Select View next to a site to see its status.

When you select an individual site, you’ll see its Connection History, Events and Wi-Fi networks.


Select the Devices tab from the left menu to see the status of the wireless access points on all of your sites.

You can also rename your access points to make them easier to recognize and locate. Here’s how:

  1. Select Edit next to the access point you want to rename.

  2. Enter a new name and select Update Device.
