If you suspect fraud, remember that we'll never:

  • Ask you to send money to a “safe” account.
  • Request a one-time passcode we just sent you.
  • Threaten you with arrest, deportation, or legal action over the phone.
  • Send technicians to your home without prior scheduling.  

Tip: If you are unsure, hang up and call us directly using the number on your bill or our website.
