Depending on where your services are located, you may need My Account or Client Portal to manage your home services (TV, Internet and Home Phone). See below for where to find your account number on your bill and which platform you’ll use to manage your services.

Identifying a bill for Client Portal

If your bill looks like the one below, with a 5-digit account number, use Client Portal.

Identifying a bill for My Account

If your bill looks like the one below, with an 11-digit account number, use My Account.
