How do I change my email address on record for eBilling?

You can change the email address where you receive your Cogeco bills on the My Account app or in a browser. Here’s how:

Updating your address on the app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
  2. Select the Settings tab.
  3. Select Payment settings.
  4. Select eBilling.
  5. Enter the email address you would like to use.

  6. Select Update.

Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.

Updating your address in a browser

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Billing from the side menu.
  3. Select EBilling settings from the top menu.
  4. Enter the email address you would like to use.

  5. Select Update.
