You can sign up for eBilling in the My Account app or in a browser. Here’s how:
Setting up eBilling on the My Account app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select Payment settings.
- Select eBilling.
- Enter the email address you would like to use.
- Select Sign up.
Then, to view your bills in the app, follow these steps:
- Open the My Account app and log in.
- Select the Billing tab.
- Select My Bill.
- Select View my bill.
To view previous bills (up to 24 months), select the History tab.
Setting up eBilling in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Billing from the side menu.
- Select EBilling settings from the top menu.
- Enter the email address you would like to use.
- Select Subscribe.
Then, to view your bills online, follow these steps:
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Billing from the side menu.
- Select Overview from the top menu.
- Under Invoices, select View next to the bill you want to open.
To view previous bills (up to 24 months), select Billing history from the top menu.
