If you’re able to send emails but not receive them, there are a few things that can be causing this issue. Before contacting us, try the following:
To send and receive email, the proper server must be identified in your email settings. For more information on servers and other settings, see How do I set up an email account?
Your full email address must be entered as your user name, including @cogeco.ca.
If you still can’t receive emails after verifying everything above, contact technical support (see Residential or Business contacts).
