Why can’t I receive my email?

There may be several reasons why you are not receiving your email.

To send and receive email, the proper server must be identified in your email settings. The server name is: pop.cogeco.ca

Your full email address must be entered as your user name, including @cogeco.ca.

Contact technical support for more information on email settings.
