If you’re able to send emails but not receive them in Windows Mail or another email program, there are a few settings that could be causing this issue. Most newer email programs apply standard settings automatically, but if you adjusted them manually please refer to our article on email account settings to make sure they’re correct.
- Check that you have the correct incoming mail server for your province.
- Check that the user name is your full email address, including “@cogeco.ca”.
If you still can’t receive emails after verifying your account settings, contact technical support.
