As a Business customer, will I be charged if one of my phones needs to be replaced?

  • Purchased Equipment - If you purchased the phone from Cogeco, we’ll replace it during the warranty period. After the warranty expires, you’ll need to purchase a replacement.
  • Rental Equipment - We’ll replace faulty rental equipment at no charge, as long as the device malfunction was not the result of misuse.
