How do I reset my parental control PINs on EPICO?

If you can’t remember one or more of your parental control PINs, you’ll have to reset all your PINs, and you can do this easily. Here’s how:

1. Visit cogeco.ca/pin
2. Select Reset.

All of your PINs will be reset to the default 0000 on all your devices.

If you just want to change a single PIN, you can do this through the EPICO menu. Note that this will change the corresponding PIN on all devices.

Resetting PINs on your EPICO 4K Box

1. From the main menu, select Settings ⚙.
2. Select Parental Controls.
3. Select the parental controls you want to manage: Content locks, Purchase locks or Adult locks.
4. Enter your current PIN.
5. Select Reset PIN.
6. Enter your new PIN twice to confirm.

Resetting PINs on a mobile device or in a browser

1. Select More from the bottom menu (phone app only).
2. Select Settings.
3. Select the parental controls you want to manage: Content locks, Purchase locks or Adult locks.
4. Enter your current PIN.
5. Select Reset PIN.
6. Enter your new PIN twice to confirm.

Resetting PINs on a streaming device

1. Select Settings from the left menu.
2. Select Content locks.
3. Select Change content PIN.
4. Enter your current PIN.
5. Enter your new PIN twice to confirm.
