Since the wiring is different in every home, some outlets might require a special setup or they might not be connected. If you’re performing a self-installation, we recommend simply plugging a phone or cordless base station directly in the Tel 1 port on your modem.
If you’d like specific outlets activated, we can arrange a professional installation so one of our technicians can check the wiring and make sure everything’s working.
