How do I change my phone number?

If you are an existing Cogeco customer and would like to change your existing phone number, please contact Cogeco’s Customer Service (see Residential or Business contacts).

  • If you are changing to a new number, the change will take effect in 1 business day.
  • If you are changing to an existing number from another provider, the change will take effect in 3 business days.
