How do I add a second line to my Home Phone service?

To add a second line to your Home Phone service, contact a local rep. Once the number is active, you can plug a phone or base station directly into the Tel 2 port on your modem. If you want the second line wired to a specific room or multiple locations, we can arrange to have a technician complete the installation.

This second line will be separate from your main phone line and only active on designated phones (for example, a phone in your kid’s room). Long distance calls made on these phones will be billed separately and calling features can be added à la carte.
