How do I reset a password for the Cogeco Managed Telephony Customer Portal?

If a user doesn’t remember their password for the Managed Telephony Customer Portal, this can be changed by your admin.

Admin instructions

  1. Open the Managed Telephony Admin Portal and log in.
  2. Select Users from the left menu.


  3. Select the options icon (three dots) next to the user you want to update.
  4. Select View individual settings from the dropdown.
    • Good to know: If the user has been locked out after too many failed attempts, select Unlock account.
  5. Select View account settings near the bottom.


  6. Select Change password.


  7. Enter the new password twice and select Confirm.
