Yes, you can see a log of your local and long distance calls in My Account on the app or in a browser. Here’s how:
Viewing phone usage on the app
- Open the My Account app and log in. (You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below.)
- Select the Services tab.
- Select your phone package.
Your recent calls will be listed under Call log. To view more, select Show All and then select a billing period.
Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.
Viewing phone usage in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Services from the side menu.
- Select Phone from the top menu.
You will see a log of your calls for the current month, as well as your usage over the last 3 months.
