Will my bill and billing cycle be affected by the integration?

Rest assured that there will be no changes to your monthly services or rates.

Once your services are integrated into Cogeco’s system, your billing cycle will cover the current month, not the following month, so you won’t receive an invoice during the month of your integration; you’ll receive your first Cogeco bill the following month. For example, if your integration takes place in October, you’ll receive your first Cogeco bill in November, since the month of October will have already been paid to DERY or Axion powered by Cogeco.

If you’ve set up pre-authorized payments or credit card payments, these will continue to work but the withdrawal date will change to the 16th or 17th of the month.
