- If the integration isn’t complete in your area and you’re still being billed through DERY or Axion powered by Cogeco, contact a DERY agent or Axion agent.
- Once you’ve been switched over and are billed through Cogeco, contact a Cogeco rep.
Technical support
- If you’re still using your DERY/Axion equipment, contact a DERY agent or Axion agent, even if you are being billed through Cogeco.
- Once you have changed to Cogeco equipment, contact a Cogeco rep.
