Why am I receiving an error when accessing Webmail?

If you receive a 400 error when attempting to access Webmail, this may be caused by leaving My Account open in the same browser. To resolve the error, log out of My Account and log into Webmail again.

Note: If you click on the Webmail link from My Account you will be automatically logged out of My Account to prevent the error.

If the issue persists, you can also clear the cache and delete cookies in your browser to ensure a My Account session was not left open, or use a different browser for Webmail (e.g., if you have My Account open in Microsoft Edge, open Webmail in Google Chrome).
