Why am I receiving an error when accessing Webmail?

If you receive a 400 error when attempting to access Webmail, this may be caused by opening My Account in the same browser. We are attempting to resolve this issue but in the meantime, clearing the cache and deleting cookies in your browser will resolve the error.

If the issue persists, you can also try using a different browser for Webmail (e.g., if you have My Account open in Microsoft Edge, open Webmail in Google Chrome).
