Can I chat live with a real person from Cogeco?

Yes, absolutely. If you prefer text messaging to calling, you can chat live with a local rep, who can handle most requests—including booking installations, making changes to your account and troubleshooting service issues.

Chatting with a local rep on the My Account app

  1. Open the My Account app and log in. (You can download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below.)

  2. Select the Support tab.
  3. Select Chat with us.
  4. Select the department you want to chat with (Technical or Billing).
  5. Enter the question you want to ask.
  6. Select Start Chat.

Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.

Chatting with a local rep in a browser

  1. Click on the Chat widget, which you can find at the bottom of most cogeco.ca pages.

  2. Select the department you want to chat with (Technical, Billing or Sales).
  3. Enter your name and email address.
  4. Enter the question you want to ask.
  5. Select Start Chat.
