Can I chat with a live agent?

Yes, absolutely. If you prefer text messaging to calling, you can chat with a live agent to handle most requests, including booking installations, making changes to your account, and troubleshooting service issues.

  1. Click on the Chat widget at the bottom one of our Contact pages (see Technical Support, Billing & Accounts, or Shopping).

  2. Select the department you want to chat with (Technical, Billing, or Sales).
  3. Enter your name and email address.
  4. Select Start Chat to connect with an agent.
