If you are having issues with your Cogeco service that we can’t resolve over the phone, we will schedule a technician to visit your home for a Service Call. Please contact Technical Support to speak to an agent for troubleshooting and to book an appointment if needed (see Residential or Business contacts).
Before contacting us, please consider the following:
- Check to see if there’s a known outage in your area (see Residential or Business outages, or see here for more detail).
- If the issue is with your Internet, or an Internet-related service like EPICO, try restarting your modem as this can often resolve the issue.
- You can also restart TV equipment by power-cycling the box (unplugging the power for a few seconds and plugging it back in). For more options on troubleshooting your box, see one of the following articles for your service type:
