If one or more of your services has stopped working, it's a good idea to check to see if you're affected by an outage before starting troubleshooting or calling Technical Support.

To check if there is on outage your area:

  1. Go to our Reported Outages (see Residential or Business outages)
  2. Enter your postal code
  3. Click Check status.

If there is an outage detected, you'll be able to see the services impacted, an estimated resolution time, and any details you need to know. Rest assured, we'll have your services restored as soon as possible.

If there is no outage listed or the outage is indicated as resolved, try resetting your modem or your receiver.

Good to know:

  • You can reset your equipment directly through My Account.
  • If your mobile phone number is associated with your account, we'll also send you a text message when we identify an outage in your area, as well as progress updates, and when service is restored.
