Why can't I view my content on all my devices?

Content viewing is governed by content rights that may differ across channels and platforms. 

With EPICO service, you can filter the channels in the guide to see only the channels that have permission to stream on the current platform and location:

  1. Press GUIDE on the remote or open it from On Now.
  2. Press OPTION.
  3. Under Filter By, select Playable On This Device.
