How do I create a profile or combine profiles on EPICO?

During the initial installation, your primary profile was created. You can create up to 8 profiles, which will allow each profile to get a personalized experience on EPICO.

Choose from one of the following topics to jump to a section:

Create a profile on your TV

  1. From the main menu, select the profile icon on the top left of the screen.
  2. Next to the icon of your main profile select Create profile.
  3. Name the profile and select Continue.
  4. Choose the picture of your choice.
  5. Decide if you want to allow profile personalization for a better experience (checked by default) then select Continue.
  6. To complete the profile creation, select Save.

Create a profile on a mobile device or EPICO website

  1. From the main interface, select the profile icon located at the top right corner.
  2. Click on New profile.
  3. Name the profile and select Continue.
  4. Select the picture of your choice.
  5. Decide if you want to allow profile personalization for a better experience (checked by default) then select Create Profile.

Add a personal picture to your profile

On a mobile phone or tablet, you will be able to add a profile photo.

  1. Select the More menu at the bottom right of the screen.
  2. Select the profile you wish to modify and tap on the pencil icon.
  3. Tap on the profile's picture.
  4. From there, you will be able to change the picture to another generic picture or upload one of your own.

Combine profiles (only on your TV)

Once several profiles have been created, you can select more than one profile at the same time, and any recommendations displayed will combine those of each of these profiles.

  1. From the main menu, select the profile icon on the top left of the screen.
  2. From the list of all your profile, select the profiles you want to combine by pressing OK on your remote.

Delete a profile

On your TV

  1. From the main interface, select the profile you want to delete by pressing OK on the remote.
  2. Press Info.
  3. Select Delete profile and Confirm.

On your mobile device or EPICO website

  1. From the main interface, select the profile icon located at the top right corner.
  2. Click on the pencil icon of the profile you want to delete.
  3. Select Delete profile.
