What can I do if some calls are being mistakenly blocked because of the universal call blocking policy?

Applied at Cogeco’s network level, universal call blocking is based on clearly established rules for accepting or blocking incoming calls. However, sometimes a number is blocked when it should not be. A situation like this one would result in this specific phone number not getting through to the person being called.

If you believe someone is trying to contact you but can’t because their number has been mistakenly identified as illegitimate, and is therefore being blocked, please contact the Cogeco Technical Support team (see Residential or Business contacts). We can flag this phone number as legitimate, and have it unblocked.
