Is IP Relay service offered in French?

IP Relay is available in English and French.

  • On the web platform, you can route your call to either an English or French IP Relay operator by selecting English or French before pressing the call button, or you can change the language in your profile so that the platform will be in your preferred language as well.
  • On the IP Relay app, you can change your preferred language for the app and will always be connected to the operator for your preferred language.

IP Relay Web Platform

To keep the platform in your preferred language but connect to a different operator, use the radio buttons under Preferred Language on the main page.

To change language of the platform:

  1. Select the Profile button from the top left.

  2. Select your Preferred Language.

  3. Select Save.
  4. Refresh the page to reload it in your preferred language.

IP Relay App

  1. Select the Profile tab.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Select your preferred language.

  4. Select Save.

The app will now appear in French, and you will be connected to a French operator.
