When will I start being charged for my Cogeco services?

Professional Installation

If your services are being installed by a Cogeco technician, we will begin charging you on the day of the installation.

Self-Installation

If you opted to install Cogeco service yourself, we will begin charging you on the Self-Install Kit’s expected delivery date. Your services are set to begin working on that date, as soon as you’ve completed the self-installation process successfully.

Good to know: Your expected delivery date will appear on your Sales Order Summary, which you will receive by email.
