Your package should arrive in 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
If you're a Residential customer and have a contact email address or mobile phone number on you Cogeco account, we'll provide your tracking number by email or SMS message.
- To add or modify your contact email address, go to the Profile Settings page on My Account (see here for more information).
- To add or modify a mobile number, please contact customer service.
