When you sign up for Cogeco Internet, Phone and/or TV service, you have the option of installing the services yourself using a Self-Install Kit. Choosing the self-installation option means you’ll save setup fees, and you won’t have to wait for an appointment.

How it works

As soon as your order is confirmed, we’ll ship you a Self-Install Kit, which has everything you need to get your Cogeco services up and running—including step-by-step instructions. If you have any questions along the way, you can always refer to the self-install FAQs and user guides, or reach out to us (see Residential or Business contacts).
