Once the offer period for a given service has ended, you’ll be charged the current regular monthly rate for that service.
To find out the regular monthly rate for your service, follow these steps:
Viewing rates on the My Account app
- Open the My Account app and log in (download the app from Google Play or the App Store, or scan the QR code below).
- Select the Services tab.
- Select a service to view your current monthly price.
- Select the arrow next to your monthly price to view a breakdown of charges, including the regular price and savings you are receiving.
Note: The My Account app is not currently available to former DERY/Axion customers who migrated to Cogeco.
Viewing rates in a browser
- Log in to My Account.
- Select Services from the side menu.
- Select Detailed services from the top menu.
- Select a service to view a breakdown of charges, including the regular price, your savings during the offer period and the date your offer period ends.
