How do I copy a message to a different folder?

To copy a message to a different folder in Webmail, follow these steps: 

  1. Select a message from your Inbox, or any of your other folders.

  2. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Move icon in the Inbox toolbar.

  3. Select the option to Copy to folder.

  4. Select which folder you want to copy the message to.
  5. Click on OK button.

You can also move messages in Webmail by clicking on the move icon to the right of the forward icon on the top toolbar.
